Nash was not affected by it and merely said flatly, “If you’re here to save your sect members, I’m afraid you’ll have to leave disappointed!”

“In that case, why are you here to see me?”

A man who did not seem concerned about whether his sect members were alive or not was not a force to be reckoned with.

Nash fell silent upon hearing what the man said.

“Why are you helping me?”

He turned and bent his knees slightly in preparation to take off for flight.

“Wait…” Nash called out abruptly.

The only thing differentiating Bertram from the two disciples from the sect was that he had abstract energy while they had tangible energy.
