Whitney nodded. "Don't worry—I'm the village chief here, and I'll have both eyes on your old man. You're the one who shouldn't bother your old man too much when you're out in the big city. He's old now—quit making him worry about you!"

"Don't worry!" Jason smiled and walked up to Miles. "Dad, I'm leaving now. Take good care of yourself!"

The old man appeared wistful. "You said you weren't leaving again…"

"Can't help it." Jason sighed. "There's plenty of work to be done, but don't worry—I'm a better man now! When the time is right, I'll definitely settle down and get married, so that you'll have a fat grandson to carry around!"
