Slowly walking up to the beggar, Frank smirked. "Do you see the truth now? See, strength comes from knowing thyself. Empowerment gained from prayers would never last, and there are no divine beings in this world!"
Unable to talk, the beggar could only repeatedly shake his head.
However, both he and his apprentice finally came to recognize the reality that Frank was right.
They appeared superior, but only relative to the normal person.
When compared to Frank, they were just monkeys in a ballpark, or perhaps even less!
After all, some monkeys got fed, while they snatched food!
"Time to die."
With a wave of his hand, blood ejected out of the beggar's orifices, and he died on the spot.
Everyone was stunned, not expecting the beggar who had postured himself with superiority to be crushed to this extent.
Just like how the beggar destroyed the Fab Five, Frank was just doing the same thing.
Still, Frank gestured for calm and called out, "Calm down. This man was responsible for various atrocities and deserved it. Just go back to your business."
No one doubted Frank, but who would still be in the mood after such carnage?
As the guests did not hesitate to leave the nightclub, Frank ignored their reactions and turned toward Squint.
Glancing between the puddle of blood and then at the manager's reaction, Frank asked in curiosity, "Aren't you afraid?"
The nightclub manager laughed. "I won't lie. I'm working a serious job now, but I have done my fair share of crime. Nothing to brag about compared to you, but I've been through enough to not be shocked."
Frank nodded. "Then please clean up the mess. I'll pay."
He whipped out his phone, ready to wire the fee, when the nightclub manager stopped him. "No, this won't do. It's just spare change to us, and you saved our skins.
"Why don't we just have a drink together instead, when the owner returns from his prospecting some graveyards?"
Frank's eyes lit up on the mention of graveyards. "Prospecting? Is your owner a burial plot owner too?"
