"Oh, right."
Skyler pulled herself together. "So, Crane has been running errands for Torrent in Horton, but he boarded a flight bound for here two days ago. I'm guessing—"
"He's coming for us?" Frank said, completely unaffected.
"It's possible, but—"
"No buts." Frank cut her short again, sighing. "Torrent called me exactly two days ago too."
"What?!" Skyler exclaimed in shock.
"That was one conceited fool." Frank chuckled. "I could tell that much from his tone—he probably thinks that I'm beneath him."
Skyler gulped. "So you're saying that you had a disagreement, so he sent Crane after you?"
"Most likely," Frank said, rising to his feet. "Come on. Let's go see him."
"What? You know where he is?" Skyler was puzzled even as she watched Frank put on a suit.
"I can sense him, as long as he isn't too far away." Frank chuckled. "After all, he carries the power of the spiritron vein."
"I see…"
Skyler then remembered the time they searched for Ghost.
Instead of looking on the twelfth floor of the hospital which had been heavily guarded, he went straight to the thirteenth floor which was completely unguarded.
In hindsight, he must have sensed Ghost's actual position and saw through his misdirection.
They headed downstairs, and Skyler was soon gaping as she watched Frank check out.
After all, Frank's power basically set him above that of the rest of humankind, and one might even call him a guard.
And yet, he remained affable, even politely thanking the two concierges behind the front desk.
His looks alone were enough to bewitch the ladies, and one of them even shot Skyler a look of envy, since Frank and Skyler looked like a couple as they walked together.

In Pegasus Showtown, a devilishly dressed lady appeared apologetic as she rejected a burly tattooed man. "I'm sorry, Wyvern, but I can't stay with you tonight…"
"What?!" Wyvern was hollering right then. "What was that, bitch?! Are you really going to be a party pooper?"
The lady scowled, as that was not her fault.
However, she forced a smile since she was a professional. "I'm really sorry, but the gentleman in Room Six is asking for the full crew. None of us are taking any other guests."
"Fuck!" Wyvern bellowed, kicking and knocking over a nearby shelf as he spat viciously, "Who the hell is stealing my girl?"
The lady kept her awkward smile. "Please come again tomorrow. We're really not accepting guests tonight…"
"No!"
Wyvern pulled her into his thick, muscular arms as he growled viciously, "No one gets to embarrass me in front of the bros!"
