The saleswoman's eyes reddened, but she nodded firmly. "Fine, we're done. Pack your things and move out of my apartment tonight!"
Winona, who was in the middle of signing the paperwork, couldn't help but laugh out loud. "I thought you were a big shot, but it turns out your girlfriend pays the rent. For someone freeloading off a woman, you sure have a loud mouth. Playing tough while living on her dime?"
The man's face instantly burned bright red. Completely humiliated, he looked ready to strangle Winona.
But Winona just smiled sweetly at him. "So many men are exactly like you—the more incompetent they are, the angrier they get."
She then turned to the saleswoman. "I admire you. Most people couldn't find a loser this pathetic with a flashlight, but you managed it."
The saleswoman suddenly felt a wave of embarrassment. Her boyfriend hadn't closed a single sale in six months. He constantly lost his temper with customers over minor issues and had been complained about countless times. His monthly paycheck barely covered his own cigarettes.
Hearing Winona's sharp mockery, her mind instantly cleared. She glared at her now-ex-boyfriend. "Go pack your stuff right now, or I'm calling the cops."
Seeing that she was completely serious, the man immediately panicked. "Minnie, are you really doing this to me over some outsider?"
The girl, Minnie, stared back with unwavering resolve. "I'm not obligated to raise your mother's son for her. I'm fully awake today. Being with you is just too embarrassing."
The man scrambled forward in a panic, but Winona's voice cut through the air. "Manager, if you don't restrain him, I'm calling the police. I'm afraid he might attack me in his agitated state."
And indeed, the man looked highly unstable.
Several other male employees quickly surrounded him and escorted him out of the showroom.
Winona smoothly finished signing the paperwork. They had the car in stock, but she needed to wait two hours for the processing to be completed before she could drive it off the lot.
She decided to take a stroll around the area. There were plenty of dealerships nearby, but she had walked into the most affordable one. Just a hundred feet away were showrooms filled with luxury sports cars.
